How to download and setup XFIRE:
1- Download Xfire: HERE
2- Install Xfire.
3- Click New User Registration. If you can't find it click: HERE
and enter all the required fields. (So it's easier to find each other please use eg: "tbigslim" as Username.
4- Once registered click Tools (or ALT+t), Options..., In Genaral enter your real bt name eg: "[T-BIG]Slim_Shady" and make sure Show nicknames when available is checked. Stay in Options under Chat make sure Show chat messages in game is checked. Again in options slect Games if you don't see Unreal Tournament in Installed Games, click Not Installed twice and under U select Unreal Tournament check Game Installed, Browse and select main UT folder eg: "C:\UnrealTournament".
5 - In Xfire under Server tab under All click Unreal Tournament twice and add all your favorite server to Xfire by right clicking on the server link and click Add to Favorites.
6 - To have a Xfire signature such as eg:[no image]
Click Xfire or (ALT+f), My profile, In My Profile click "Find out how to embed your miniprofile in any web page", beside Miniprofile: on top if you can't find it click: HERE
7 - To have your time played displayed correctly make sure to login on UT through Xfire by clicking twice on Servers listed in your favorites under the server tab.
8 - To display your Xfire signature in this forum under "How do I create my miniprofile?" fill out all required info, choose the code below "Copy and paste this BB code to embed your miniprofile into a PHPBB signature (e.g. in forums):"
